The Thunder came into this game fresh off their 15-game regular season winning streak snapped by the Cleveland Cavaliers, and clearly had something to prove. Oklahoma City beat the Knicks so badly from the start that they made history in the process.
The Thunder held a 27-point lead over the Knicks at halftime is the biggest deficit which New York faced at halftime at Madison Square Garden in the Tom Thibodeau era, according to ESPN’s Tim Bontemps.
