Bill Simmons Rips Gilgeous-Alexander After Game 1 Win
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ended with 31 point, five rebounds, nine assists, and three steals in lightning game 1 through wood nerves. He was shooting only 10-27 off the field, but he made 11 of 14 free attempts to throw.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander did not have a great recording match, as he testified only 37 percent from the field and did not list three pointers on four attempts.
However, he tried seven free throws during the first quarter, and it was clearly trying to extract misdemeanors instead of focusing on the final processing in the basket, hence open schedules he had missed in the initial period.

And for the record, the first half of the SG tonight was some of the hottest demolitions I saw from him in a really long time.
Was ugly and makes a solid watch.

Thunderstorm was going to beat Timbervolves, 114-88. Jalen Williams added 19 points, eight rebounds, five assists and five steals. Chet Holmgren scored 15 points with seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks, while Isaiah Hartanstein recorded 12 points and five rebounds.
Julius Randle became wolves with 28 points and right jumps, but was held in just eight seconds of points after reaching 20 in the first. Anthony Edwards scored 18 points with nine jumps, but clearly distracted the ankle injuries that gained late in the first quarter of the game 1.
