Bad Bunny is set to headlines the Super Bowl halftime show in 2026. Cardi B would make a great surprise guest for Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl halftime, since they already have a hit together. The two collaborated on “I Like It” with J Balvin back in 2018, which uses a sample from Pete Rodriguez’s “I Like It Like That.” The song made history for both Bad Bunny and Cardi, as it became the Puerto Rican rapper’s first Billboard Hot 100 hit and the Bronx native’s second No. 1.
Another reason we could see Cardi joining Bad Bunny on stage is because she just dropped her Am I Am drama? album last month, and songs like “Bodego Baddie” would be perfect to match the representation of Latino culture. On top of that, Cardi’s first world arena tour kicks off in February.

Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez has been in the game for over 20 years, and she had her Super Bowl moment back in 2020 when she led Super Bowl 54 at halftime with Shakira. However, the Latin artists made the moment special by bringing out J Balvin, Lopez’s daughter Emma, and yes, you guessed it, Bad Bunny.
Not only would Lopez be an opportunity for the Monaco artist to return the favor, but it would also thank her for standing up for him amid controversy that he was announced as a performer.
“Music and art transcends language. It doesn’t matter. He’s done that probably more than any generation,” the “On The Floor” singer she said during her appearance on CBS Mornings on Thursday, October 9.
She explained that she and Shakira also had their doubts until they saw their performance in 2020.
“But when they saw us, (they said) ‘Oh! That’s what they do.’ It’s an opportunity to show people who you are, what you do, what you believe in. It’s a big platform for artists. That’s probably the biggest stage you could hope for. And I think it’s wonderful that people will be exposed to him who don’t know him.”
Lopez added that fans should not be close and be open to Bad Bunny’s art because they won’t be disappointed. “Don’t do it to yourself. That’s what I would say. I’m telling you, just give it a chance,” she said.
