Last Minute Fantasy Football Streaming Options for NFL Week 10: Quarterback
Twenty-eight teams will be active in Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season, leaving the number the same quarterbacks available for fantasy football managers.
Four teams are headed to a bye in Week 10, forcing Patrick Mahomes, Dak Prescott, Joe Flacco and Cam Ward out of the lineup. Ward wasn’t a fantasy-relevant player in his first year, but Mahomes, Prescott and Flacco were top-10 options over the past month.
Jaiden Daniels‘ fantasy owners are also forced to look for reinforcements with a second-year quarterback likely to be done for the year. Daniels will avoid surgery on his dislocated elbowwhich gives him a chance to potentially return, but he’ll be out of action for the foreseeable future.
With only 32 quarterbacks in the game at one time, the position is unforgiving for desperate fantasy football managers. Still, even in a week as chaotic as Week 10, there are a few overlooked players in favorable matchups worth streaming.
Mac JonesSan Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers are convinced that Brock Purdy may be back soonbut it doesn’t look like week 10 will be realistic. Fans can expect another start for Mac Joneswhich could be an intriguing play by the fantasy football quarterback against the Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams will be the first team to return to the 49ers in 2025. Jones was spectacular in the first meeting, going 33-for-49 for 342 passing yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions. Now he has the chance to repeat that performance at home.
Jones’ big game against the Rams follows his season-long pattern of success against zone coverage. The former first-round pick was significantly better against zone than against man. Los Angeles enters the playoff zone in Week 10 at fifth highest in the leagueaccording to Pro Football Focus.
Jones’ lingering leg injuries could cause problems against the Rams’ chaotic rushing attack. However, he has been able to effectively neutralize the pressure so far, only taking more than two sacks in two of his seven games.

Brice Young he hasn’t been an effective fantasy football quarterback thus far, leading to his low ownership percentage in most leagues. He’s flopped in a couple of favorable matchups before, but he might have his best chance to show up in Week 10 against the New Orleans Saints.
Young led the Carolina Panthers to a shocking Week 9 win over the Green Bay Packersbut he did so while managing just 107 passing yards without a score. He now heads to the opposite end of the spectrum against the New Orleans Saints, who enter Week 10 allowing the seventh-highest completion percentage and eighth-highest yards per pass.
Young struggled all season, but was slightly better against zone coverage than against man. His best game of the season came in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals’ zone-dominant defense. The Saints enter the Week 10 assignment zone with the 12th-highest rate in the league.
New Orleans also struggles to generate pressure, which works in Young’s favor. Young has one of the lowest accuracy rates in the league under pressure and should benefit from a cleaner pocket in Week 10.

Few quarterbacks have been as volatile in 2025 Michael Penix Jr. The Atlanta Falcons sharpshooter has proven capable of big performances, but he’s just as likely to fall flat on his face. Relying on him in fantasy football is a gamble, but everything is lining up for Penix to make it in Week 10.
Entering Week 10, Penick’s three big games have all come against run-heavy defenses. He was among the top 12 fantasy quarterbacks when the Falcons faced the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Commanders and New England Patriots, all of whom run man-to-man schemes at a top-10 rate.
Penix now faces the Indianapolis Colts, who cover more man than the league average. The Colts were also a favorable matchup for quarterbacks, with teams throwing to them at the highest rate in the league. As a result, Indianapolis allowed the fifth-most passing yards through nine games.
The Colts have addressed their secondary issues adding double All-Pro sauce Gardner within the trade term. That move helps, but they’re still forced to start undrafted rookie Jonathan Edwards in their secondary with Charvarius Ward as the injured reserve.
Indianapolis too placed star defensive tackle DeForest Buckner on injured reserve ahead of Week 10, weakening their elite pass rush unit.

- CHI allows the 12th most rushing yards to a QB
- CHI has 9th fewest sacks
- CHI allowed 31 20+ comps (3rd most)… Dart barely missed that many big plays
As much credit as Jackson Dart gets, he’s still underrated. The star rookie was the third best running back in fantasy football since he took the job in Week 4, all while working with Butterfingers ambassadors Darius Slayton and Theo Johnson as his primary receiving options.
Despite the loss of Malik Nabers and Kam Skateb, Dart is averaging a fantastic 22.9 points per game. Still, that number would have been much higher if a misjudgment hadn’t nullified a 68-yard touchdown pass in Week 8, and if Slayton had caught a perfectly placed 34-yard pass in Week 9.

Maybe luck will turn more in Dart’s favor in Week 10, when the Giants take on an inconsistent Chicago Bears defense. The Bears have been solid against the pass so far, but struggle to contain mobile quarterbacks, allowing the 12th-most rushing yards to the position.
Chicago also has the ninth-fewest sacks in the league while allowing the third-most completions of 20 yards or longer. Dart has simply proven to be one of the best quarterbacks in fantasy football, no matter who he plays with or against, and should be owned in every league at this point.

Aaron Rodgers has a chance to be the best quarterback in fantasy football for Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season. The Pittsburgh Steelers face a tough test against the Los Angeles Chargers, but the matchup is more favorable for Rodgers than it seems.
While Rodgers is an average quarterback against man coverage, he is still elite against zone defensive schemes. The 41-year-old has fifth highest completion percentage and the fifth-best passer rating against the zone ever, according to PlayerProfiler.
Those numbers stack up in his favor against the Chargers, who are the second-most zone-dominant defense in 2025.
The Steelers have relied heavily on the run under offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, but expect to open up more in Week 10. Los Angeles’ elite run defense has affected the calling of the game, with teams throwing against it at the 11th-highest rate.
