Fans are roasting Green Bay for an ugly MNF offense against the Eagles

The Green Bay Packers fell to the Philadelphia Eagles 10-7 Monday Night Football in the 10th week. Green Bay lost its second straight game, falling to 5-3-1 on the season. The team has only scored 20 points in the last two weeks as The Matt LaFleur seat is heating up.

Both offenses struggled on Monday night, resulting in a score first 0-0 MNF halftime score since 2009. But the Packers were shut out in the first three quarters. Green Bay scored its only touchdown of Week 10 with 5:49 left in the game.

The Packers’ failed final drive sealed a three-point victory for Philadelphia and enraged Green Bay fans. Jordan Love went 20/36 for 176 yards without a score while taking three sacks on MNF. The Eagles held the Packers to 261 total yards and one score.

Philadelphia has overcome its own offensive ineptitude as well as a bizarre Nick Sirianni call on 4th dovn which left the door open for Green Bay. The Eagles head coach made it on 4th and 6, calling a deep punt to AJ Brown. Bydout was only targeted twice before the failed pass.

The fumble allowed the Packers to take over at their own 35-yard line with 27 seconds left. But the team could only muster a 64-yard desperation attempt, which Brandon McManus missed.

“It’s amazing how volatile Jordan Love’s perception has been. He’s gone from inexplicable draft pick to promising young quarterback to weak liability all in the span of a few seasons. There’s nothing to fear about the Packers offense right now.”

Niklas commented:
“The defense is playing so damn well and the MLF keeps going down to set up the offense. And the decisions on the STs are probably even worse. The Packers win the last two games (if) they go with Havris and not (with) an injured McManus”

“We spend the whole game rotating VRs and our offense sucks. This is our offense.

Zach Kruse added:
“You’re going to see a lot of tape of the Packers offense in the coming days. I’ll bet anything the tape shows an open middle of the field all night and either Jordan misses or the pressure kills the game.”
