Stephen Curry, Under Armor part ways
Stephen Curry was the face of Under Armor some time, but it looks like he and the shoe brand will be they go their own wayaccording to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
“Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and Under Armor have parted ways, ending their longtime partnership. Curry’s solo venture Curry Brand will thrive independently,” Charania wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Curry wrote a statement about the move and shared his respect for Under Armor for what they have done for him throughout his career.
“Under Armor believed in me early in my career and gave me the space to create something much bigger and more impactful than a shoe,” Curry said. I will always be grateful for that. What Curry Brand stands for, what I stand for and my commitment to that mission will never change.”
