Given his the injury status is listed as suspiciousthere is currently some doubt as to whether Victor Wembanyama will be fit to try when Spurs host the Kings on Sunday. The French phenom has cooled off just a bit since his torrid start to the season, with the Spurs recently losing back-to-back games at home against the Golden State Warriors in baffling fashion.
Joining Vembanyama on the Spurs injury report is rookie point guard Dylan Harper, who has been out for several games with a left leg strain and will remain so on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Domantas Sabonis and Prechess Achiuva are questionable for the Kings, while Keegan Murray remains sidelined.
Overall, San Antonio could use some good play after their frustrating losses to the Warriors as they look to get back to the top of the Western Conference leaderboard at this early point in the season. The Spurs are still 8-4, but have slowed considerably after a hot start to the campaign.
