James Harden destroys Peyton Pritchard’s ankles before finishing with a floater

On Sunday afternoon, Los Angeles Clippers goal floor on the way to play against the Boston Celticss, looking to build on the momentum from Friday’s win over the Dallas Mavericks. The Clippers have been one of the most disappointing teams this NBA season, but there is clearly still plenty of time to turn things around.

Until they were able to achieve victory, James Harden he delivered another elite highlight reel at one point in the fourth quarter, hitting the Celtics guard Payton Pritchard with a deadly cross and then driving into the easy float lane.

The fact that the shot happened during a quasi-crunch time only made the sequence even more impressive.

Harden ended up keeping the Clippers afloat during this game, but ended up missing a game-tying 3-pointer at the buzzer that would have sent it into overtime.

The Clippers are now 4-9 at this early point in the 2025-26 NBA season, trying to hold down the fort in Kawhi Leonard’s absence. The Clippers also recently learned that Bradley Beal will miss the rest of the season due to surgery.

Harden is doing everything he can to keep his team afloat, most recently dropping 40 on the Dallas Mavericks, preceded by a triple-double against the Atlanta Hawks earlier this week.

Next up for the Clippers, the team will continue their East Coast trip with a game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night. That contest will begin at 7:00 PM ET.
