The information about Nikola Jokic’s injury for the Bulls game shows little concern

The Denver Nuggets looks like they’re ready to have their superstar back on the floor, like Nikola Jokic is listed as probable against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday. Jokic is dealing with a sprained left wrist, the same injury tag he carried in Saturday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, a contest he dominated from start to finish.

With Denver entering at 10-2, the wrist issue isn’t much of a concern for the defending champions.

Jokic showed no signs of slowing down in a win over Minnesota, posting 27 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists in another masterful performance. Saturday’s game also featured strong offensive contributions from Tim Hardaway Jr., Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray, who each scored 23 points.

Gordon added 10 rebounds, while Murray dished out 12 assists, helping Denver to its seventh straight victory with a 123-112 triumph.

The Nuggets will now prepare for a Chicago team still searching for consistency after a solid start to the season, and Jokic’s presence, even on less than a full night’s sleep, dramatically swings the matchup in Denver’s favor.

His “probable” status becomes known; despite the sprained wrist, he continues to play through the discomfort without any noticeable drop in production. Denver’s medical staff has not indicated any long-term concerns, and Jokic’s availability seems almost certain unless his symptoms worsen unexpectedly.

Denver will continue to monitor other injuries, with Cameron Johnson (right biceps strain) and Julian Stravther (lower back soreness) are both listed as questionable. Christian Brown remains out with a sprained left ankle, while DaRon Holmes II is on G League assignment.

Fortunately for the Nuggets, their depth has grown during this streak, and their offensive rhythm remains among the best in the NBA.
