Hall of Famer Says Current Race Will Be Their ‘Last and Last’
WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella has dropped a major career update.
One of the leading names in the industry, Bella left pro-wrestling a few years ago. However, despite retiring from the ring full-time, Bella continued to make sporadic appearances.
2020 Hall of Famer, Bella is back in WWE earlier this year at the Royal Rumblebefore accepting another run in the ring. Bella recently appeared for an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Addressing her current run without Brie Bella, also a former Divas Champion shared updates about her career.
“It’s hard. I mean, it’s always amazing and I’ve had my own solo races, so I think, especially when you’re an identical twin, you’re used to doing so many things together. It’s empowering when you have to do things alone,” she said. “But I know that however long this run is – a year, two years – it’s going to be my last and last, and you know, in our industry you never want to say never, but, I’m just being realistic.”
Bella continued, “But I started with her and I want to finish her. I know everyone wants that and I think it would be really cool for the fans and for this new era, especially when you turn me heel. I mean, I’m only super bad when I have sidekicks. It’s hard, and I hope I can at least finish her. I mean, two bads are better than one.”

Nikki Bella is now scheduled to fight Stephanie Vacquer for the Women’s World Championship on November 29 at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Nikki Bella’s sister Brie Bella is still “hoping” for a WWE run

Nikki Bella’s twin sister and Hall of Famer Brie Bella also recently opened up about a possible future VVE run. Still “hopeful” of a comeback, she said: “I think there’s definitely one last race in me. I’m old and I’m strong, and I think it’s because I train so hard.” Bella also added, “I feel good. There’s definitely one last race in me. But I’m like, wherever it takes me, wherever it is. I hope it’s with you.”
The Bella Twins debuted in 2008 and remained with the Stamford-based promotion until 2012. They would have a brief stint on the independent circuit before returning to WWE in 2013.
