Jonathan Kuminga’s MRI results are knee injuries after a setback

Golden State The Warriors played without Jonathan Kuminga for the final five games, and it will be six when they face the Utah Jazz as he deals with bilateral knee tendinitis. The latest update on Kuminga sounds positive but seems uncertain when will he return to the floor, according to ESPN’s Anthony Slater.
“An MRI on Cumming’s knees came back clear, sources told ESPN, so there’s no structural damage. He’s been reporting soreness for about two weeks, and the Warriors were hoping he’d move on Sunday, but he didn’t,” Slater wrote.
Head coach Steve Kerr gave an update on Kuminga and said he needs to be able to move better before he returns to the field.
“He said he’s not moving that well, so I can’t tell you what the odds are,” Kerr told reporters. “… He has to feel better and be able to move around better before we can put him in there.”
It’s already been a rocky start for Cummings after he and the Warriors spent the summer looking to agree on a new contract. Kuminga started the first few games for the Warriors and played well, but when his play declined, the Warriors began to lose. Kerr then decided to take Cumminga off the bench, but he was soon injured.
The trade rumors have started to returnand sources also said that Kuminga feels like he is being scapegoated again.
If the Warriors wanted to trade him, they would have to wait until January to do so. Not sure if that’s a move they want to make, but there has to be a market for him. For now, it’s best to wait for him to return from injury and hope he returns to the form he was in when the season started.
