Everyone jokes about the ‘Folk Hero’ after Nick Falk’s game-winning kick
The New York The Jets haven’t had a great seasonbut when they are able to achieve victories, they make sure to do their best. That happened this week against the Atlanta Falconsand it came down to the last seconds for the win. Nick Faulk won the game for the Jets, sneaking in 56 yards.
As the players on the field showed excitement for Falk, social media back nickname “people’s hero”.
“Folk the hero!! Nick Faulk just made a 56 yarder to seal the win for the Jets. Unbelievable,” one user wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
“Folk hero. Jets win 27-24 to improve to 3-9 this season,” another user wrote.

It was a back-to-back game between the Jets and the Falcons, and things got exciting in the fourth quarter. As the Falcons scored a touchdown, the Jets drove down the field and Tyrod Taylor ran for a touchdown to tie the game. The Falcons had a chance to take the lead, but the Jets held them on defense.
The Jets then had a chance to put some points on the board, but the Falcons defense made some big plays and gave them the ball back. The Falcons got the ball back once again, and the receivers dropped several key passes to get closer to the field goal. Unfortunately for them, they went 3-and-out and the Jets got another chance.
This is where the Jets sealed the game, as they were already in good position after the punt. With five seconds left, Faulk made a 56-yard field goal for the game-winning touchdown.
