The Cubs are chasing Alex Bregman again with Kyle Tucker in the door

The Chicago Cubs are looking this offseason to improve the roster going forward. With an outfielder Kyle Tucker already out of the gate, rumors are speculating that the front office could be targeting the third seed Alec Bregman.
Chicago tried to sign Bregman last offseason but fell through. However, the Cubs they don’t give up on the idea 31-year-old infielder who has joined the team, according to Patrick Mooney and Sahadev Sharma of the Athletics. The organization is said to see Alex Bregman as a long-term prospect at third base.
“Once again, a special name stands out: Alex Bregman. After a failed bid for Bregman last spring training, the Cubs have shown renewed interest in the All-Star third baseman, according to sources familiar with the club’s offseason planning.”
