Tyrese Haliburton continues to rehab and work his way back from the Achilles tear he suffered during the NBA Finals. The Pacers point guard has been posting video updates on his progress, including a dunk a few weeks ago. In his latest social media post on Monday, titled “Week 24,” Halliburton can be seen sprinting on the field, playing non-contact 2v2 with coaches, walking in jumps, lifting in the weight room and agility drills with cones, and dunk again.

These are just small steps in what Halliburton expects to be a season-long recovery.
In 73 regular season appearances last season, Tyrese Halliburton averaged 18.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 9.2 assists and 1.4 steals per game while shooting 47.3 percent from the field and 38.8 percent from three. Halliburton led his Pacers to the 2025 NBA Finals, where they pushed the eventual NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder to a decisive Game 7.
In the early parts of December, the Indiana Pacers compiled a 6-18 record, but won two straight games and were just a few games out of the playoffs with 58 games left in the season.
