Christian McCaffrey will play through an illness in Week 15

Despite a less fear, Christian McCaffrey will stay in San Francisco 49ers‘ Week 15 lineup when they face the Tennessee Titans.

The running star missed practice earlier in the week due to his illness, but he did full participant on Friday and is expected to play in Week 15, Cam Inman of the Bay Area News Group reported.

After appearing in just four games in 2024, McCaffrey has yet to miss a week in 2025. The 29-year-old will continue his quest for a fifth career 1,000-yard season.
