Jaylen Williams puts Victor Vembanyama in a ‘class of his own’
The San Antonio Spurs will play the Oklahoma City Thunder in the semifinals on Friday NBA Cup. Before the competition, Jalen Williams was asked about how he and his teammates plan for the game for Victor Vembanyama. During that time, Williams praised Vebanyama for his unique style of play.
While speaking to members of the media, the 24-year-old Thunder forward basically claimed to be Wemby unique player. Based on Williams’ comments, Oklahoma City will have to focus on trying to keep Wembanyama as good as possible.
“He’s kind of in a class of his own,” Jalen Williams said of Victor Vembanyama. “A lot of the little fundamentals and being in the right places are reinforced when you play with a player like that.”
“He’s in a class of his own.”
