Stephen Curry hopes Klay Thompson will return to Golden State
18 months have passed since then Klay Thompson left the Warriors to continue his career with the Mavericks. A divorce followed two years of frustrationbetween contract negotiations not progressing, a lack of consideration compared to his teammates at the time, and the diminishing role of the “Splash Brother”.

“What made my move to Dallas easier was that I was able to reinvent myself with a new number, a new team, a new experience”, confides. “Being in Dallas has given me the opportunity to reinvent myself and not hold on to the ghosts of the past that make us great. I’m in Dallas and I’m a lot calmer, whether I’m a starter or a replacement, because I’m going to play. I’m going to make an impact in my 15th season and that’s amazing.”
Until now, this past is also the glory of Klay Thompson, a four-time NBA champion with Golden State. Does he think his time there has been praised enough? “Only time will tell”he answers.

But there is one that intends not to consign this age to the dustbin of history, and that is Stephen Curry.
