Kevin McHale, welcome to the torture chamber
Before becoming the manager in Minnesota during the Kevin Garnett years between 1995 and 2008, he then coached as a part-timer with the Wolves, but most notably on the Rockets bench between 2011 and 2016. Kevin McHale (68 years old, this December 19) was a great player. Even in the Hall of Fame.
The sixth player in his first season, the interior would be drafted into the 1985 Celtics’ back five to form what remains the best frontcourt in NBA history with Larry Bird and Robert Parish.
The Celtics then played dream basketball and dominated the league with the Lakers, while Kevin McHale showed off his low-post technique. He is a nightmare for his opponents, unable to move him physically due to his broad shoulders, nor to technically slow him down with his inexhaustible range of feints.
