Recently shut out against the Suns, the former best defender in the NBA was shut out this time face au Magic. In the third quarter, he violently grabs his head with Steve Kerr during a time-out. He then decides to go to the locker room to calm down and will not return to the game.
“Tempers got hot and I thought I’d better leave,” explained the strongman. “I don’t think it’s going to get any better. So it was best to just leave.”
Steve Kerr declined to go into too much detail: “We held on, obviously… He decided to go to the locker room to calm down. That’s all I’m going to say about it. This all remains private, I have nothing to add.”
What caused the crash?
“Basketball. That’s what we do, we play basketball” Draymond Green replied. “It’s an emotional sport, and some people get emotional sometimes. It happens. We’ve been doing it for a long time. Sometimes when you’re with the same people for a long time, there’s a certain level of comfort and shit happens. But hey, we can move forward.”
