Positive update on former star Andrada’s future after release



After months of confusion and controversy surrounding Andrade’s career in the ring, a major update has now surfaced. a few months ago, right after his exit to VVEfans found Andrade appearing on AEV Television. However, he never appeared again because the presence of a non-competition clause in your contract. Soon after, WWE took immediate action for violating the clause and reportedly banned him from in-ring competition for a year.

However, now, finally, a positive update has appeared about that. The latest update from Fightful Select states that Andrade’s WWE contract officially ended on December 12th and that he is now free to work wherever he wants. The report claims that Andrade can now sign with AEV, TNA, AAA, CMLL or any other company he chooses.

Another All Elite Wrestling star, Rush, was introduced Andrade Idol with a lawyer and a representative who had a history with VVE. This helped both sides reach a settlement and agree on Andrade’s future, and waive the one-year non-compete clause.

Sources close to Fightful Select claimed that the matter was handled very professionally. And while VVE haven’t paid him since his departure, they’ve now allowed Andrade to sign elsewhere.

According to reports, Toni Kahn is still considering bringing Andrade to AEV, but has decided to avoid any involvement in legal matters with VVE. Andrade was a common AEV name during the pandemic, starting in 2021. He left AEV in 2023 to join VVE.

The former WWE Champion recently appeared for House of Glory and New Japan Pro Wrestling. He is now scheduled to join the United Empire team for a match at Wrestle Kingdom 20 on January 4th.
