San Antonio was not injured in the Thunder rematch

The San Antonio Spurs are preparing for a Christmas showdown with the Oklahoma City Thunder, the second time they have faced them in three days. So far it is The Spurs beat the Thunder twice this month. Going into the match, they have received the greatest gift ever, as the Spurs’ injury report is spotless, save for a few G-League injuries.

Victor Vembanyama does not have an official injury as he embarks on this battle with Grom. Recently, the Spurs managed his minutes as he battled a calf injury. The team has been deploying him off the bench and could likely employ the same strategy today as they take on the Thunder.

De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle, Devin Vassell, Keldon Johnson and Harrison Barnes are all healthy and ready to go as they prepare for Oklahoma City. Currently, the only reported injuries are from the G-League. Harrison Ingram, David Jones Garcia and Stanley Umude are all out of the Spurs’ G League squad.

Not so flawless on the Thunder side. Yes, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is ready to go, as are Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams. But Ajay Mitchell will not play on Christmas Day due to a concussion. However, Isaiah Hartenstein was removed from the recent injury report and is likely to play.

The The Spurs played the Thunder well this season, so the good news is that everyone will be able to prepare for this game. If they can continue to play consistent basketball, they will have a chance to be the first team to beat the Thunder at the Pike Center this season.
