Mike Brown breaks down the ‘next challenge’ after losing 4 in a row

The The New York Knicks were on the battle bus lately, currently losers of four straight games after Monday night’s shellacking by the Detroit Pistons. With that loss, combined with the win from the surprising Boston CelticsThe Knicks were in the running for second place in the Eastern Conference, when a few weeks ago it looked like they were closing in on the number one spot.

Recently, he is the head coach of the Knicks Mike Brown spoiled team mindset in the middle of a lost slide.

“I know, at the end of the day, whenever you go through a process, you’re going to have your ups, you’re going to have your downs, you’re going to have your failures. It’s about how you deal with it? Do you accept them and attack them head-on? Or do you kind of let what happens affect how you’re going to challenge, for us, what Brown is? Schwartz of the New York Post on X, formerly Twitter.

The Knicks have dealt with some injuries of late, with Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart and Mitchell Robinson all missing time during the losing streak. However, the team went out and acquired players like Jordan Clarkson during the offseason in hopes that they could hold down the fort when injuries inevitably became an issue, and the team hasn’t done a great job of that recently.

The good news for the Knicks is that they play in the Eastern Conference, which means they don’t necessarily face a killer lineup of opponents every night. Still, the team will want to turn things around sooner rather than later as the season approaches the midway point.

The Knicks will next take the floor on Wednesday night at home against the Los Angeles Clippers.
