LeBron James will wear a patch to celebrate his record 23rd season
Returning to Sacramento, where it all began for him in the NBA, on October 29, 2003. LeBron James will add another line to its history… and the history of collectors.
For tonight’s match, as well as for the remaining 46 matches in the season, the “Kralja” jersey will be shown. on the upper right side of the chest a patch celebrating his record 23rd NBA season, featuring a silhouette of his famous “chalk roll” and three colored stripes reminiscent of the franchises he represented: Cleveland, Miami and Los Angeles.
After each game, the Lakers’ kit maker will remove a piece of fabric, date it, and then send it to the Topps factory in Dallas for authentication before it is incorporated into the trading card.
An operation that illustrates the return Topps on the NBA market, which in October 2025 after a 16-year absence regained the official license of the Major League and which reproduces similar programs around beginners (“Debut patch”) and individual trophies in order to supply the advanced market sports tickets and souvenirs.
