Dallas signed a 10-day contract

The Dallas Mavericks testified Cooper Flagg leaves in excruciating pain against the Denver Nuggets. But Daniel Gafford also limped off right after the rookie with his own ankle injury (vs. Flagg).

Both injuries convinced the striker on Thursday.

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl is on his way to the Mavs, with ClutchPoints’ Joey Mistrett revealing his 10-day contract. Mistreta added that Robinson-Earl received an additional roster spot under league rules.

He also comes after a stint in the NBA G-League. He is familiar with the Western Conference from earlier in his career.

Robinson-Earl previously started with the Oklahoma City Thunder from Villanova. The Texas Legends of the G-League represent his final stop.

Fans hoping to see Flagg dunk and run the floor won’t get that chance Thursday.

The top pick in the 2025 NBA draft is in doubt ahead of a meeting with the Utah Jazz. Tipoff is set for 8:30 PM ET.

Flagg injured his left ankle early against Denver. In the end, he settled for just six points and squeezed in a total of 15 minutes of action. Flagg also pulled down one rebound, dished out one assist and blocked a shot.

Gafford also settled for six points, but played 18 minutes on the floor at the American Airlines Center. The center grew as a rebounding force in grabbing 10 boards before the injury.

Naji Marshall led Dallas with 24 points from his guard and 38 minutes from the head coach Jason Kidd. PJ Washington scored 12 points to lead the Mavs’ forward rotation.

Now, 25-year-old Robinson-Earl is adding emergency care.
