Kobe White hits 4 straight 3s for the Clippers in a hopeless heat check
On Tuesday night, everything could go right Chicago Bulls went right. Dealing with the old Los Angeles Clippers team without Kawhi Leonard (who is nursing a knee injury) for the second night in a row, at home no less, the circumstances could hardly have been better for the Bulls. And they took advantage of everything going in their favor, demolishing the Clippers, 138-110, in a game that wasn’t nearly as close as the final margin of victory of 28 points would suggest.
In the fourth quarter, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue pulled the plug, resting his starters to prevent them from being overwhelmed in a game long out of reach. However, the Bulls, who had a day off, left their starters, incl Coby White. White took advantage of the matchup against the Clippers’ third stringer and got into a play that he eventually made four straight three-pointers to beat an already defeated Clippers team even more.

White is one of the Clippers’ reported trade targetsand there may be no better audition for him than the one he put on Tuesday night. He finished the night leading the Bulls in scoring with 27 points and six assists.
Will the Bulls sell before the trade deadline?
The Bulls are currently 21-22, which seems like their goal is to be a playable team year after year. They have several key guys in the final year of their deals, one of them being White, and because of this predicament, they are more likely to be traded before the trade deadline.
Nikola Vucevic and Ayo Dosunmu should also be free agents at the end of the season, as are Kevin Huerter and Zach Collins. And with the Bulls going nowhere fast, maybe the right move is to try to get at least some value for players who could just hit free agency.
