Jonathan Kuminga leaves the game with an apparent ankle injury

The Golden State Warriors are still reeling from Jimmy Butler’s season-ending knee injury, and now they could lose a player who should soak up his minutes after Jonathan Cumminga suffered a knee injury on Thursday.
Kuminga was driving to the rim in the second quarter against the Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center when suddenly lost his footing as he was about to go to take the test. Kuminga hobbled to the baseline and caught his breath.

The Warriors later announced that Kuminga would clear the rest of the gameas reported by Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.
Kuminga finished with 10 points on 3-of-3 shooting, two assists and two steals in nine minutes off the bench. He also had a strong performance in their last game against the Toronto Raptors.
As of this writing, the Warriors are trailing the Mavericks in the third quarter.
