Stephen Curry on the injury report for the Timberwolves game

Golden State The Warriors will face the Minnesota Timberwolvesand there is a chance that their key player will not be available. Stephen Curry is listed on the injury report with right knee pain, which appears to be something new he’s dealing with. Aside from a quad injury earlier in the season, Curry has been relatively healthy, and the Warriors also decided to give him a few games to rest.
Curry is coming off a 38-point game against the Utah Jazz, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if he started dealing with pain during or immediately after the loss.
Stephen Curry’s injury status against the Timberwolves
It’s curry listed as suspicious against the Timberwolves, meaning his status is really up in the air as to whether or not he plays. Not having Curry on the court would be tough for the Warriors, especially since they are without Jimmy Butler for the rest of the season after he tore his ACL. Jonathan Kuminga will also be ruled out after suffering a knee injury against the Dallas Mavericks.
Players like Draymond Green, Moses Moody, Brandin Podziemski and others will need to step up if Curry can’t go. If Curry can play, he will be relied upon heavily, and could be the case for the rest of the season if they can’t get help before the deadline.
It is uncertain whether Mike Dunleavy Jr. help with that help, but if they want to preserve these final years with the core group and continue to compete, it might be in his best interest. At the same time, Dunleavy made it clear he didn’t want to do anything that would jeopardize the team’s future once players like Curry and Green are gone.
