Orlando parted with four future first-round picks and a first-round pick swap to acquire Bain from Memphis,” he reported in June.
The Pelicans have a serious need for a first-round pick as they look to build for their future. If New Orleans part ways with one of their most talented players, it will cost the team future assets to get the conversation going.
