LeBron James, the Bronies get a personalized welcome back to Cleveland

The Los Angeles Lakers were set to make their only regular-season stop in Cleveland to face the Cavaliers on Wednesday, and it was a homecoming for both LeBron James and Bronnie James. LeBron began his career in Cleveland, and Brony was already an older kid by the time LeBron led the Cavs to the 2016 NBA Championship.
As they entered the visitors’ locker room before the Lakers’ game against the Cavs, LeBron and Brony both printed and framed photos that awaited them with the 2017 title. personalized welcome back message.

While the elder James returned to Cleveland multiple times after signing with the Lakers, this trip may have more significance because unclear what his career plans are after this season. LeBron opted out of his contract for the year, and should hit unrestricted free agency in the offseason. A recent report suggests that it is The Cavs would be open to James returning next season and to end his career with the franchise if he decides to continue playing.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft, LeBron spent seven seasons with the Cavs before leaving to sign with the Miami Heat in 2010. He would return to the franchise in the summer of 2014, and lead the Cavs to four straight NBA Finals appearances while engineering a comeback from a 3-10 deficit in the Golden State Warriors6.
Over 11 total seasons and 849 games with the Cavs, James is averaging 27.2 points, 7.3 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 1.6 steals on 49.2 percent shooting from the field, 33.7 percent from the 3-point line and 73.3 percent from the free throw line.
James’ time with the Cavs included 10 NBA All-Star appearances and two MVP awards, and he was also named NBA Rookie of the Year in 2003-04.
