NSFV’s Luka Doncic’s reaction to the strange Cavs court

Wednesday night, The Los Angeles Lakers have regressed into the loss column with a 30-point loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Lakers had an injury scare early in this game when they were a superstar Luka Dončić had to leave for a short while competition before finally returning.

Doncic’s injury, in which he fell to the sideline and was completely off the court, caused continued anger over the Cavs’ elevated court, which descends to a lower level not far from the sideline.

Now a newly discovered camera angle has revealed Doncic’s immediate reaction after the play in which he was injured.

Doncic and the Lakers aren’t the first team to complain about the Cavaliers’ elevated court design, which has been blamed for injuries in the past.

Fortunately, Doncic’s illness did not seem to be serious, as he was able to return to the lineup and finish the game.

Still, Doncic and his teammates were able to hit the bench early in this matchup thanks to the fact that the Lakers were kicked out of the gym for much of the fourth quarter, despite trailing by two points at halftime. All in all, it was an ugly third quarter for Los Angeles, which is currently in the midst of its annual monster “Grammy Road Trip,” which takes the team to several Eastern Conference cities and will continue this weekend.

Hopefully Doncic won’t be forced to miss any time for the Lakers moving forward, with the All-Star break looming on the horizon, giving everyone a chance to reset.

Either way, the Lakers will take the floor next on Friday night for a road game against the Washington Wizards. Tipoff for that game is set for 7:00 PM ET.
