Given his question mark on injury reportthere is currently some doubt as to whether Awdia will be able to suit up for the Blazers on Sunday against Cleveland. Avdia played in the Blazers’ last game, a big road loss to the New York Knicks, and will hope to be named to his first All-Star team earlier in the day Sunday when the all-conference rosters are announced.

Also listed on the Blazers’ injury report for this game are Jrue Holiday, who has been ruled out for personal reasons, Robert Williams III, who is questionable with a left knee injury, and Blake Wesley, who is questionable with a fractured right leg.

Meanwhile, Evan Mobley and Darius Garland will be out for the Cavs, while Craig Porter Jr. is questionable with a sore left knee.

It’s often said that a team’s first home game after a long road trip on the opposite coast can be tough to win, and the Blazers will try to avoid falling into that trap Sunday against a Cavs team that recently traded De’Andre Hunter to the Sacramento Kings for Keon Ellis and Dennis Schroder in a deal that also included the Bulls.

Either way, tip-off between the Cavs and Blazers is set for 9:00 PM ET in Portland. Blazers fans will surely hope Avdia is in the lineup then.
