With Darius Garland, the Clippers will rethink their offense
Darius Garland was quickly able to discover his new room in barely 24 hours after his transferThe Cavaliers and Clippers faced off. The new leader of Los Angeles was present in the passage of the Intuit Dome and could enjoy a nice ovation from the fans present on the spot.

“He can really help us,” says the Clippers tactician. “He’s different than James (Harden). We’re going to be able to play differently, by going faster, by making him play more without the ball. I’ve known DG for a while. Having a young leader, I think that’s the first time it’s happened to me since Kyrie Irving.”

If Darius Garland’s statistical production is lower than James Harden’s suggested by former Cavaliers is averaging 18 points and 7 assists this season, he will be able to slide into the second option behind Kawhi Leonard.
“He is a very talented 26-year-old point guard who has been an All-Star several times, he still has a bright future ahead of him.” points out Kawhi Leonard. “I think there’s still a lot of room for improvement. He’s dealing with an injury right now, so we’ll get some time with him. Darius knows how to pass, he can shoot threes, he’s got incredible touch. He’s a competitor.”
More specifically, Darius Garland will have a big responsibility to help the Clippers continue their climb in the standings. After a 6-21 start, the Californians now have a 23-27 record, but remain with two losses to the Sixers and cavaliers.
