Ravens add more coaches to Jesse Minter’s staff ahead of Super Bowl

The Baltimore Ravens continue to move forward as they prepare for the 2026 season with new head coach Jesse Minter at the helm. The 42-year-old former defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers has added several assistant coaches to his staff.

Ravens have hired Marcus Brady as their new passing game coordinator. Brady served in the same role with the Chargers and will now work with Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.
Minter also signed Harland Bauer to the Ravens the new outside linebackers coach. Bauer is getting a big promotion after being the defensive ends coach at Duke since 2022. Now he has the opportunity to coach running backs at the highest level. He previously coached All-ACC defensive ends Vincent Anthony and Wesley Williams with the Blue Devils.
Ravens expected to have a new look and new philosophy in the 2026 season as it will be their first year since the 2008 season without John Harbaugh as the head coach. Baltimore was expected to win the AFC North title for the third straight season, but injuries and inconsistency have ruined their chances of winning the division title or clinching a Wild Card berth.
The Ravens finished the season 8-9-0, which was only the second losing season during Harbaugh’s tenure with the Ravens.
Despite his excellent record, the Ravens have decided to part ways with their longtime head coach. Harbaugh has since been hired by the New York Giants to take over that struggling team.
