Watch Scoot Henderson receive a standing ovation ahead of his 2026 debut

Scott Henderson received a standing ovation from the Portland crowd in his season debut during Trail Blazers vs. Memphis Grizzlies match on Friday night.

Henderson could not make his season debut during the 2025-26 NBA campaign before February. He is dealing with a significant hamstring injury that has sidelined him since training camp. During the season, Portland has had to rely on its depth at the position while Henderson recovers.

Fortunately for Portland, Henderson has finally healed enough to return to the hardwood. Before entering the game, fans gave him a round of applause as they welcomed their young standout back back from a serious injury.
