Devin Booker, Jaylen Green gave the green light to play against the 76ers

PHOENIX – For the first time since January 23, both Devin Booker and Jalen Green will be available for Phoenix Suns against the Philadelphia 76ers, head coach Jordan Ott said during his pregame press conference.
Doc Booker suffered a sprained ankle and Green suffered a hip contusionthis is great news for Phoenix. In Thursday’s loss to the Golden State Warriors, two players suffered injuries.
Ott mentioned that Grayson Allen and Isaiah Livers will be out until the All-Star break. If his two guards don’t return, that would leave a fragile lineup for the Suns.
While guys like Dillon Brooks have had a chance, getting some extra support would help him. Booker and Green draw so much attention from the defense that the entire team can feel their presence without needing the ball.
Devin Booker and Jaylen Green will lift the Suns offense
The Suns went 11-5 in January, much of it without Booker or Green. That doesn’t mean the team is fine without them. In fact, it is far from it.
They create so much chaos for defense with shooting, athleticism and playmaking, among other things. Phoenix’s offense is heavily based on spacing, and the two match up so well.
Also, both played with the second unit and succeeded. Now, it’s worth seeing how Ott will use both players. They could play together for a stretch, play separately or have a mix of the two.
A depleted 76ers team could be all the Suns need for their two guards to have a nice rematch.
However, they will have to go through the pre-match routine to get the final determination. And for what it’s worth, they are set to a minute limit, but that can change depending on the game scenario.
