Matas Bouzelis shockingly oversteps Colin Sexton for a block against the Nets

The Chicago Bulls they look different following the seven tradesbut one constant they have left is Matas Bouzelis. On Monday, the Bulls went to play the Brooklyn Nets.

In the first quarter, Buzelis showed off his outstanding hopsby ClutchPoints. While pushing the ball in transition, the Nets’ Terrence Mann went for a shot, but Matas jumped over teammate Colin Sexton and blocked the shot.

Throughout this season, Bouzelis has, no pun intended, risen to the occasion when it comes to his jumping ability. This is especially true of his stunning dunks that went viral. However, Bouzelis decided not to to participate in the NBA dunk contest this weekend in Los Angeles. Instead, Bouzelis will play in the Rising Stars NBA game with rookie and sophomore players.

Currently, the Bulls are in the midst of a four-game losing streak and are 24-29. On Saturday, they lost at home to the Denver Nuggets 136-120. Bouzelis is in his second season in Chicago. At the moment, he is still adjusting to the departures of his former teammates because of the craft. Among them are Kobe White, Ayo Dosunmu, Nikola Vucevic, Dalen Terry, Jevon Carter and Kevin Huerter.

Sexton is one of Chicago’s rookies who came over from the Charlotte Hornets as part of the trade that sent Kobe White to Charlotte. He, along with Anfernee Simmons, Jaden Ivey, Nick Richards, Rob Dillingham, Gershon Jabussel and Leonard Miller, make up the new players.

This year, Bouzelis is averaging 15.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
