Karl-Anthony Towns sent the Pacers game into OT with 0.2 left

The New York Knicks they have nothing to be proud of after losing on their floor to the last place, injury-ravaged Indiana Pacers, but Karl-Anthony Towns briefly electrified Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night.
All hope seemed lost in the closing seconds of the game, as Landry Shamet missed a three-pointer that would have given the team the lead. Indy, however, didn’t count on Towns being inflicted. Star Center recovered the ball in the air and drew a foul with 0.2 seconds left, via the BrickCenter X account. He made both free throws to tie the game at 124, but the Knickerbockers fell 137-134 in overtime.

New York was unable to capitalize on the second chance Towns provided and suffered yet another bitter loss against the Pacers. With or without Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana continues to punch this franchise in the gut.
