LeBron James absent from “All-NBA teams”, the first time since 2004!

This is the end of another unique (and therefore record-breaking) series LeBron James. For the first time since the season… 2003/04 (!), in other words, his first time in the NBA, he is now confident that he will no end up in ” All-NBA team »!

Tonight against Spurs, the “King” missed his 18th match of the season (due to a foot), while the limit was set at 17 in order not to be considered “out of the running” for individual awards at the end of the year (minimum 65 games played).

Forced to battle sciatica for several months, LeBron James initially missed the Lakers’ first 14 games. He was then shut out of four straight games, bringing his total to 18 and keeping him from making a 22nd straight appearance in one of the top three of the season.

Two months after that games with at least 10 points scoredand a month after that from selections in the big five of the All-Star game“LBJ” is therefore nearing the end of another series of his records. Proof that at the age of 41, even the man with all the records is eventually overtaken by time.

After Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid and Anthony Davis, that’s one more big player forced to say goodbye to various individual trophies at the end of the season.
