Jalen Williams suffered an apparent injury against the Suns
Jalen Williams entered on Wednesday overcoming a hamstring injury before facing the Phoenix Suns. But he suffered a new one NBA injury disease after a hot start with Oklahoma City Thunder.
Williams appeared to have re-aggravated that same injury. Still, he decided to finish shooting the free throw before heading back to the locker room.
Jaylen Williams then missed his first FG on the next play and asked to be ejected.

Williams came out with 28 points in 20 minutes of action. That score led a 136-109 run by the world champion Thunder.
But again, the health of the NBA champion was once again called into question. Fans are wondering if this latest calf injury will force him to miss more extensive action.
Jaylen Williams honored before Thunder vs. Suns

Williams was given a jersey retirement ceremony before the game.
His high school, Perry High in Gilbert, Az., honored him by raising his jersey. Even all his OKC teammates attended the event.
“I didn’t think any of that was going to happen. It wasn’t even a thought,” Williams said of retiring his high school uniform. “So it definitely puts a lot into perspective. How much it means to me and my family, and there’s the legacy. Then to have my brother go to the same high school, and for him to win their first two rings ever, in the program, is really cool.”
“It’s something that happens,” Williams continued. “I don’t really think about it. But yesterday definitely brought me back down to earth a little bit. It kind of reminded me how far I’ve come.”
The Thunder have created quite a team-oriented atmosphere during their run of dominance. Now OKC must rally around Williams once again amid this latest setback.
