By retaining Rallis, LaFleur ensures that there will be a sense of closeness during this transitional phase. However, the results must change. Ralis should take full advantage of this second chance and remind everyone how he got the job in the first place.
This team is in desperate need of a shakeup after four straight losing seasons, and LaFleur aims to provide that. He learned under one of the most famous offensive minds of his era, Sean McVay, and now he will try to bring ingenuity to the Cardinals. He’s never been a head coach before, though, so it might help to lean on someone who knows the team well.
