Devin Booker gives a blunt answer to Bad Bunny’s question

It’s been days since Super Bowl LX ended, but people are still there talking about Bad Bunny’s halftime show. Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker he was even asked about it.
Booker helped The team’s stars win the title in the All-Star game after defeating the Team Stripes, 47-21, at the Intuit Dome in Sunday’s finale. He gave five points, three rebounds and two assists. In three games, he scored 12 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.
During the media scrum, Booker was asked about Bad Bunny’s performance last week at Levi’s Stadium. The reporter also mislabeled him as having Puerto Rican ancestry as Bad Bunny, so Booker had to offer a correction.
“I’m Mexican,” the five-time All-Star said. “I haven’t watched it, to be completely honest.”

For the uninitiated, Bad Bunny dated Kendall Jenner, Booker’s ex-girlfriend, from 2023 to 2024. Fans even speculated that Bad Bunny’s verse on Eladie Carrion’s “Coco Chanel” was a major shade at Booker, though he didn’t mention any names.
Booker appeared to hit back at the award-winning rapper when he posted on Instagram: βHe’s worried about another man again.
Their past beef may be why Booker, an avid Detroit Lions fan, wasn’t interested in watching Bad Bunny at Super Bowl Lx. But that’s just a theory.
Many welcomed Bad Bunny’s performance as a cultural milestone for the NFL, as he became the first Latino male artist to host the halftime show. He also sent a strong political message with his performance amid the issue of immigration in the United States.
