Does Kuminga finally make his debut for Atlanta against the Wizards after the trade?
The Atlanta Hawks will host the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night as they look to build on their recent win over the Brooklyn Nets. The Wizards have also won two of their last three games but you have a long list of injuries to worry about.
For the Hawks, Jonathan Cumminga is listed as suspicious on official injury report due to a bruised left knee that has sidelined him since arriving in Atlanta. However, its status has recently improvedsuggesting he could see some minutes for the first time since leaving the Golden State Warriors.

Jonathan Kuminga’s injury status against the Wizards
Kuminga has a very real chance to suit up for the first time and make his long-awaited Atlanta debut. The 23-year-old forward has been out since the Feb. 4 trade that sent Kristaps Porzingis to the Bay Area.
This matchup against a battered Wizards team (16-40) provides an ideal landing spot for Cummings to integrate into head coach Quin Snyder’s system, especially with the players Washington is missing. Atlanta (28-31) recently ranks first in the NBA in assists per game (30.3) despite a middling offensive rating.
Cummings is expected to absorb much of the void left by Trae Young along with Jalen Johnson, who is currently averaging 23.4 points, 10.8 rebounds and 8.1 assists per game for Atlanta. Regardless, Kuminga is on the injured list along with several players, although all have a chance to feature.
