New Air Jordan 6 x Avake NI Unveiled for Fall 2026

Air Jordan coming into 2026 strong with consistent releases and added sneakers retro edition calendar for the rest of the year. Already dealing with a number of collaborations and anticipated crossovers coming soon, we’ll see the return of a familiar name as New York retailers Avaka NI once again partner with Jumpman. This time, they have confirmed an upcoming colorway for the legendary Air Jordan 6.

Avake NI was founded in 2012 as a New York retailer focused on capturing the “unique cultural spirit and sensibility of New York.” They teamed up with Nike for the first time in 2024 to create two colorways of the Nike Jordan Air Ship PE in red and blue, following the black and pink pairs Air Jordan 5 in 2025.

Recently teasing their latest lookbook for the upcoming spring season, Avake NI have unveiled a new pair Air Jordan 6 sneakerswhich is expected to be released along with another red colorway. The initial teasers offer us a look at the blue Jordan 6 with capsule apparel to match.

Avaka NI collaborations are known to be polarizing in nature and this latest tease of their upcoming release is no different. Dubbed the “Midnight Navy” colorway thanks to a shade of blue along the rear saddle and midsole, we see two more shades of blue suede along the upper. Red contrast stitching is seen throughout the shoe to match the dotted red panels along the midsole and air unit.

Finer details will include an opaque natural sole, along with red accents on the Jumpman logos and traditional Jordan 6 laces. The shoes are paired with a Light Blue/Midnight Blue/White Jordan Tracksuit, another indication of more apparel to come from this Avaka NI capsule.

While a firm release date has yet to be announced, media outlets are reporting that the pair will be set for August 29, 2026. Whether or not a full capsule release will be announced at the same time remains to be seen, but fans should rest easy knowing that a new collaboration with Avake NI is on the way.
