Durant, who was Houston’s driving force in Thursday’s game, scored 40 points with eight rebounds, three assists and two steals. On the season, the 27-year-old guard is averaging 20.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists while shooting 48.6% from the field and 39.1% from the field in 58 games. He is making a career-high 91.4% of his free throw attempts in 34.1 minutes per night.
