A big breath of fresh air for the Bucks
After five consecutive defeats, c Bucks managed to end their black streak against the Bulls. With an overtime win against the Pelicansthey had their second win in a row. This may seem sparse and not very interesting, but it’s been a month since the franchise recorded two successes in a row…
“I see a group of guys who love basketball and start to tune out everything that’s going on around them and just focus on the court and do whatever they can to win.”, says Kevin Porter Jrwho returned to the courts after several days in the infirmary.
It is possible that the words of Giannis Antetokounmpo, who says he doesn’t want to leave Milwaukeemade the situation even more certain, with the Warriors closing the door bringing in Kristaps Porzingis. Keeping the Greeks will obviously play on the mood and ambitions of the group.
Plus, with the Bulls, for their part, losing and blowing up their team in recent days, making the playoffs is still relevant for the Bucks, to at least give themselves some excitement in April after a very, very disappointing season.
“We see the difference on the floor: there is a lot of pleasure. There are smiles, energy on the floor”continues the playmaker. “These last two matches have been very beneficial for us. We were coming off a losing streak and we want to start a winning streak from now on.”
This Friday, three games will be played against the Pacers, the worst team in the Eastern Conference. A golden opportunity to win their third game in a row, something the Bucks have yet to do this season…
