A lip reader takes a stab at the video of the Steve Kerr-Draymond Green fight

There was trouble in paradise a few nights ago for Golden State Warriorsas the head coach Steve Kerr and Draymond Green entered the screaming match during a timeout against the Orlando Magic. This led to Green leaving the huddle, going to the locker room and not returning to the game. Instead, he went out in street clothes.

Both sides told their story, but many want to know what was said in the huddle during the timeout. Of course, there’s always that one social media account that likes to play lip reader, and that’s it maybe caught what the two were saying to each other.

Green was reportedly seen saying “F— you,” and Kerr later responded by saying “If you don’t want me to talk to you, go home!”

Green kept going back and forth with Kerr, and it was unclear what he was saying, but Kerr reportedly said, “How do I coach you, Dray?”

That’s when Green eventually bolted and went to guard, and the Warriors played the rest of the game without him. Fortunately for the Warriors, they still managed to win.

After the game, Green was asked what happened between the two.

“The thermals were overflowing and I thought it was best to get out of there,” Green said. “I don’t think it was a situation that was going to improve. It was best to remove myself.”

Kerr also added his thoughts.

“We pulled back a little bit,” Kerr said. “He decided to go back to the locker room to cool off. That’s all I’ll say about it. It’s all private.”

It doesn’t appear that there will be any punishment for Green, and he will continue to play games for the Warriors.
