Anthony Edwards Debuts New Adidas AE 2 ‘Multicolor’
Minnesota Timberwolves‘ All-NBA talent Anthony Edwards has been on a tear this season and is currently getting consideration for the NBA’s Clutch Player of the Year award. He had his disagreements with the league itself, but with the sponsor Adidas has backed its star athlete by covering all of his fines this coming season. Edwards may have broken a few uniform color codes when he rocked his latest adidas AE 2 sneakers in wild colors.

The Adidas AE 2 first arrived in May 2025 following the hugely successful debut of the Adidas AE 1 as Anthony Edwards promotes his new creation all season long. We’ve seen a number of exclusive colorways and concepts already revealed, which Edwards often wears in-game or during warm-ups.
His most recent look on the feet came against the Denver Nuggets when Edwards imported the AE 2 in possibly the most colorful scheme we’ve seen of all his signature looks thus far. The first reports indicate that Black/Multicolor a couple will arrive in the coming weeks.

Often coming in monochromatic or simple colorways, this new look adidas AE 2 features a predominantly black base accented with panels of neon or highlighter hues. We see a combination of vibrant pink, blue, green, and orange along the front toe panels that extend through the sneaker’s support system. The back heel tells a similar story while mismatched laces finish off the look.
The Adidas AE 2 “Black/Multicolor” is expected to hit retailers on March 7th, 2026 for an expected price of $130. The shoes will drop via adidas and select adidas retailersso keep an eye out as supplies can be quite limited!
