With OKC riding a 12-game winning streak and 20-1, Golden State enters the matchup demanding all the firepower available, especially with Stephen Curry has already ruled it out.
Butler and Green injury status vs. OKC
Jimmy Butler, who had a tough shot in Golden State’s last outing, he is officially listed as doubtful with a left gluteal contusion.
The veteran forward appeared to play down the situation after the game, joking that he had fallen on a “flat whore” and assuring reporters that he had “enough cushion” to absorb the fall. Butler added that he expects to be ready for the matchcalling it the “big game” the Warriors need him for.
Draymond Greenmeanwhile, he is listed as probable with a right midfoot sprain and is expected to suit up. His presence will be crucial as Golden State prepares to face one of the most physical and defensively disciplined teams in the league.
