On Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the 68th Grammy Awards, Bad Bunny he touched the audience with his emotional and powerful “ICE out” speech. Just a week before his Super Bowl LKS halftime showBad Bunny appeared on The Grammyswhere he won Album of the Year for Debi Tirar Mas Fotos and made history; he also left behind a powerful speech against ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).

“Before I thank God, I will say: ICE out!” Bud Bunny’s words received huge applause and cheers from the audience present at the Cripto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.

“We’re not savages, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens, we’re human, and we’re Americans. I know it’s hard not to hate these days, and I was thinking, sometimes we get contaminados – I don’t know how to say it in English – hate gets stronger with more hate.

The only thing more powerful than hate is love. So please, we have to be different. If we fight, we must do it with love. We don’t hate them. We love our people, we love our family, and that’s the way to do it. With love, don’t forget that, please.”

Bad Bunny won a total of three awards at the Grammys, one of which was a historic win for Album of the Year for Debi Tirar Mas Fotos, as it became the first Spanish-language album to win the top prize.

“No one is illegal on stolen land. It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now. And, I feel really hopeful in this room. And, I feel like we just have to keep fighting and speaking and protesting. Our voices really matter, and people matter, and f—ing ICE. I’m sorry!”

Shortly after, Trump reacted to the entire Grammys scenario on Truth Social, where he hosted the Grammy Awards “practically invisible” as well as legally endangered show host Trevor Noah with a lawsuit against him.
