Bianca Belair shares a “painful” update on her injury recovery



Injured and absent from WWE since WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, former Women’s Champion Bianca Belair there is removed from the action in the ring for almost a year now. Although she returned for a one-off appearance at Evolution 2025 during Jade Cargill against Naomi as a special guest referee, fans are now eagerly awaiting her return.

In a series of new videos posted to Instagram, Belair shared her latest progress recovery after surgery. “EST” shared moments and uploaded videos of her ongoing recovery therapies. Throughout the video, Belair appeared to be in extreme pain as she flinched as she walked through them.

She too has uploaded another image of her bandaged finger and explaining her “painful” recovery process. “Most days after therapy this happens. My finger just goes numb. It feels like I’m starting over and everything hurts. Every hour I try to move it so it doesn’t end up like this. Also, I’m trying to keep the scar tissue from forming again.”

Last year at WrestleMania 41, Belair faced off against AND Ski and Rhea Ripley in Las Vegas, Nevada. As IIO, Ski won the match, a match that was critically acclaimed, Belair came out of it with an injury that put her on the shelf for months.

Although it has been absent for several months, a report about it recently surfaced discussed a potential return and involvement Belair at WWE WrestleMania 42 With Ripley and Jade Cargill now set to clash at WrestleMania 42, Belair’s return seems more likely based on her history with them.
